![]() ![]() I don't recall if the optical light on the mouse was still lit last time it happened, but if it's not that could further the power issue idea. I haven't run the Dell diags, since I had thought it a software issue. Is it possible TeamViewer is interfering with the IO stream? (I'm not familiar with how TeamViewer works, but if it is sitting in between the USB driver and keyboard buffer, it might be doing something) Have you run a Dell diagnostic to see if you caught a run of dicey USB host chips?Īre the USB ports putting out enough power do drive the devices (possible power supply issues)?Īre the machines using a USB hub, or USB KVM, that may not be passing power correctly? (you may want to verify this through Device Manager) It really sounds like a USB power issue, since the USB host is detecting devices correctly. Since the machines recognize keyboard and mouse via remote sessions, I doubt that it is an OS issue. ![]() I can't say that I have seen this in any of them, so I think I can rule out the driver (unless all your drivers corrupted at once?) ![]() I have a large number of 390s and 3010s in my office. ![]()
